Job Description:
 We are seeking an experienced Data Warehouse & PolicyClaims Analyst with 5+ years of expertise in data analysis, SQL, and PolicyClaims insurance systems. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of OLTP data extraction, data warehousing concepts, ETL frameworks, and BI architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract and analyze OLTP data within an enterprise data warehouse.
  • Apply PolicyClaims insurance expertise to data interpretation and reporting.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, ensuring high-performance data retrieval.
  • Design and tune semantic layer reporting views for business intelligence.
  • Facilitate data discovery sessions with business subject-matter experts.
  • Ensure source-to-target data mapping for OLTP applications and warehouse integration.
  • Collaborate with ETL teams to ensure accurate data transformations.
  • Perform data validation to maintain accuracy in enterprise data warehouse architecture.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data issues in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.
  • Work with RDBMS platforms (SQL Server, DB2) for schema definition and optimization.
  • Leverage expertise in Guidewire Policy Center, Guidewire Claims Center, SAP FS-RI, SAP FS-CD to enhance data accuracy and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis and OLTP data extraction.
  • Advanced SQL knowledge with expertise in query optimization.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and BI architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with Guidewire and SAP FS insurance applications (preferred).
  • Ability to work with business stakeholders and IT teams to resolve data issues.
  • Proficiency in source-to-target data mapping and enterprise data movement strategies.
