Description

We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst II to join our team on a contract basis in Sacramento, California. In this role, you will provide technical support to users, ensuring smooth operation of virtual desktops and hardware while adhering to safety protocols. This position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to adapt to various systems, including specialized court applications.

Responsibilities:
Deliver timely and effective technical support for virtual desktops, including Citrix-based environments.
Utilize ticketing systems, such as Epicor, to track and resolve user issues efficiently.
Assist users with Wyse thin clients, HP printers, and Fujitsu scanners, ensuring proper functionality.
Maintain and troubleshoot PCs running Windows 10, addressing software and hardware concerns.
Collaborate with the IT call center team to provide consistent support during operational hours.
Conduct sanitization procedures and adhere to safety measures, including wearing masks and gloves, as required.
Provide training to end-users on court-specific applications to ensure seamless adoption.
Perform diagnostics and repairs on desktop and peripheral devices, ensuring minimal downtime.
Work closely with other IT teams to support system enhancements and upgrades.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
Proficiency in supporting PCs and workstations running Windows 10.
Familiarity with virtual desktop environments, specifically Citrix Director and Vcenter.
Experience with hardware troubleshooting, including Wyse thin clients, HP printers, and Fujitsu scanners.
Ability to learn and adapt to specialized court applications and processes.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with users and team members.
Knowledge of ticketing systems, such as Epicor, is preferred but not required.
Must be detail-oriented and able to follow established protocols and procedures.
