Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Lead BI Developer (Tableau) to design, develop, and optimize executive and operational dashboards for NetOps performance metrics. This role involves building advanced analytics, data visualizations, and predictive insights supporting leadership decisions.


Must-Have Skills

Tableau, Tableau Prep, SQL, Python, Hyper API, ETL, BI/Insights Development

PySpark, API Integration, Omni, AI/ML Integrations


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop executive dashboards for outage, impairment, and change management metrics.

  • Generate monthly and quarterly performance reports for EVP, SVP, and VP levels.

  • Create interactive Tableau dashboards for network quality, throughput, and SLA analysis.

  • Conduct root-cause correlation, exploratory analysis, and forecasting using Tableau tools.

  • Deliver ad hoc insights and data narratives to senior leadership.

  • Support NOC reporting through automation, ETL, and performance optimization.


Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in BI/Analytics and Data Visualization.

  • Tableau Certified Professional (mandatory).

  • Strong background in data modeling, analytics automation, and executive reporting.
