Description: Our client is currently seeking a ReactJS Developer
W2 only position. 100% onsite in Columbus, Ohio
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering
- Formal training or certification in software engineering principles
- Proficiency in software design paradigms including object-oriented programming (OOP) and functional programming (FP)
- Expertise in React, Node.js, TypeScript, and modern web technologies
- Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress
- Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms, especially AWS
- Design, develop, and test software in a diverse technology environment
- Apply a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to deliver high-quality solutions
- Champion agile development methodologies and foster cross-functional collaboration
- Drive continuous improvement in team processes, tooling, and delivery practices
- Identify and implement opportunities for process and tool enhancements
- Build scalable, high-performance platforms with a focus on rapid iteration and creative problem-solving
- Ensure product quality through comprehensive testing strategies including unit, component, integration, and end-to-end tests
- Follow architectural standards and adhere to risk management and security policies
- Collaborate on open, standards-based solutions while integrating with existing enterprise infrastructure
