Company Link:

  • 7+ years of experience in mainframe development.
  • Proficiency in COBOL, JCL (Job Control Language), and VSAM.
  • Experience with DB2 or other mainframe databases.
  • Strong understanding of mainframe architecture, CICS online processing and batch processing.
  • Familiarity with TSO/ISPF, Endevor, or similar tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CICS (Customer Information Control System).
  • Knowledge of REXX, Assembler, or PL/I.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices in a mainframe environment.
  • Familiarity with mainframe modernization tools or cloud migration strategies.
  • Understanding of financial services, insurance, or healthcare domains.
