Join our CL+D Market Access (MA) team for an exciting opportunity to contribute to the upcoming Oncology launches for Trodelvy 1L mTNBC, in addition to other new Oncology products. As a Sr. Manager, Market Access Trainer, you will play a key role in preparing the Market Access team for this critical product launch by developing and delivering training materials that support the market access and reimbursement strategy. You will work closely with internal market access strategy stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and an external agency to build and execute a comprehensive learning plan.

Key Responsibilities:

PRODUCT LAUNCH: Lead the CL&D Market Access training planning, development and execution associated with Oncology product launches. This includes workshop design and execution during launch preparation and at product launch meetings.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Patient Support, CL+D, Market Access, matrix and external vendors/agencies to ensure all training and deliverables are on time and meet business needs.
Provide leadership in coordinating project timelines, driving stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring alignment across teams.
Manage workstreams and ensure efficient project management throughout the training development lifecycle, including overseeing vendor/agency relationships in self-study module and workshop creation.
Present final training materials and gain leadership alignment on the market access and reimbursement curriculum, matrix team collaboration workshops and other launch content needed.
Execute/support the final training sessions and workshops during launch phase.
ACTIVATE & ACCELERATE New To Role Training: Customize and adapt all training curriculum built for Oncology product launches into our New to Role Activate and Accelerate phases of training.
Additional Responsibilities:
The scope of this role is not limited to the tasks and deliverables outlined above. As the project evolves, there may be additional opportunities to support other training and operational initiatives related to Market Access and Reimbursement Oncology or broader Market Access objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in training development, instructional design, and project management, preferably in market access, or pharmaceutical industries.
-Previous experience and understanding of Oncology market. Includes access, reimbursement and distribution of Oncology products.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work with external vendors/agencies.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with experience delivering engaging content to a diverse audience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams at all levels and external partners to achieve shared goals.
- Experience developing training materials, including self-study modules and live workshops.
- Comfortable with both virtual and in-person training delivery formats.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market access landscape is a plus
