Position: OnBase Certified System Administrator certification

Location: 100% Remote from within the US. 4822 Madison Yards Way, Madison, WI 53705

Duration: 6 months

REQUIRED SKILLS: (Need Majority; 4+ Years)

  • OnBase Certified System Administrator certification at least 4 years
  • OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator or Workflow Engineer certification at least 4 years
  • OnBase WorkView Certification at least 3 years
  • OnBase Certified API Certification at least 3 years
  • Experience developing:

o Document types

o Keywords

o Queries

o Reports

o Forms

o Import processes

o Workflow solutions at least 4 years

  • Experience with Dashboard and Unity Forms development at least 3 years
  • Experience with OnBase system upgrades
  • Advanced troubleshooting and debugging of OnBase issues
  • Understanding of ECM concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Knowledge of emerging ECM technologies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing system analysis and development services for ECM project planning and implementation
  • OnBase administration and consulting consistent with ETF s strategic goals
  • Proposing, creating, and implementing solutions, standards, procedures, and guidelines for using ETF s OnBase platforms
  • Collaborating with product owners, technical owners, SMEs, and OnBase Admins
  • Interfacing with ETF staff, external partners, vendors, and other state personnel (e.g., Division of Enterprise Technology)
  • Independently managing and multitasking across a wide variety of technical responsibilities.
