Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Database Developer to join our dynamic team. This role will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, security, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient databases using MongoDB, Azure MSQL, and Databricks.
- Build and optimize data pipelines and workflows to support data integration, transformation, and delivery.
- Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and analysts to support data-driven applications and business intelligence solutions.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and availability of data systems across cloud environments.
- Analyze and troubleshoot performance issues across database systems.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and recommend process improvements.
Must-Have Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science
- 3 6 years of experience in database development or data engineering.
- Strong experience with Databricks for data engineering and analytics workflows.
- Proficient in working with MongoDB for document-based storage and retrieval.
- Solid hands-on experience with Azure MSQL Database (managed SQL solutions on Azure).
- Basic understanding of C# and API development/integration.
- Familiarity with Azure Data Factory for orchestrating and automating data movement.
- Experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) and SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
- Working knowledge of Power BI for dashboard and report development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
