Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Consultant – OpenShift Container Platform to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of container-based solutions for enterprise clients. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Kubernetes, OpenShift, DevOps practices, and cloud-native application architecture to support digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy scalable, secure OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) clusters in hybrid or cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, etc.).
  • Guide customers in containerizing legacy applications and adopting CI/CD pipelines using OpenShift.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership in solution architecture, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth platform adoption and integration.
  • Deliver workshops, documentation, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in container platforms, including 3+ years with RH OpenShift.
  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Operators, and GitOps.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Argo CD, Tekton).
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Red Hat certifications (RHCE, EX280/EX288) preferred.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with OpenShift Service Mesh, OpenShift Pipelines, or OpenShift GitOps.
  • Knowledge of security best practices in containerized environments.
  • Consulting or customer-facing experience.
