Radiance Technologies is seeking a Junior-Level Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Engineer to support our clients. This role involves contributing to a PNT engineering team within a larger multidisciplinary team, focusing on the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, which includes various phases such as analysis, planning, design, development, testing, and maintenance. The engineer will engage in Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A), Software-in-the-Loop (SWIL), and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) simulations, as well as prototyping and other related activities.

Responsibilities
- Support in the design, perform, and manage PNT MS&A; SWIL and HWIL simulations; prototyping; and other activities to establish and verify PNT system concepts.
- Support in the PNT system design, development, integration, and test and evaluation activities as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or other relevant technical disciplines.
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Demonstrated proficiency in writing skills to support producing test plans, final reports, process instructions, or other equivalent activities.
- Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Coursework or studies in Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS), Global Position System (GPS), and Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR).
- Experience performing PNT engineering activities across the SDLC process.
- Experience with Government or commercial spaceflight projects.
- Active SECRET clearance.
