Description

We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Administrator to join our team in Irving, Texas. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operation and user support for various Microsoft Dynamics systems and related applications. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, possess strong technical and customer service skills, and demonstrate the ability to resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary administrator for Microsoft Dynamics GP and related systems, ensuring optimal functionality and user satisfaction.
Manage system maintenance, including updates, patches, and security configurations for Dynamics GP and integrated software.
Provide technical support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, handling escalated issues and collaborating with team members to resolve complex problems.
Configure and maintain user roles, security settings, business rules, workflows, and dashboards within Dynamics CRM.
Assist in preparing and managing system upgrades, including transitioning Dynamics CRM to newer on-premise versions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across various applications, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Sign, Genesys Cloud, and Listen360.
Act as the primary resource for user management and training on Dynamics GP and CRM systems.
Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to ensure reliability and uptime.
Work closely with multiple departments to gather requirements and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
Maintain documentation of system processes, configurations, and issue resolutions for future reference.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of experience in technical support and application administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including advanced configuration and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with relational database systems and tools such as SQL Server Management Studio.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with additional platforms and tools such as Adobe Sign, Genesys Cloud, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Listen360.
Skilled in handling system upgrades and change management processes for Dynamics CRM.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities, with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
