We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Basis Administrator to support a complex, mission-critical SAP landscape in an onsite capacity in Westminster, Colorado. This is a hands-on role focused on production support, system monitoring, performance tuning, and advanced troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will bring deep SAP Basis expertise, strong Oracle and Linux knowledge, and the ability to proactively maintain a highly available, high-performance SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on SAP Basis administration and day-to-day production support
• Support the full SAP landscape, including:
  • Sandbox
  • Development
  • Quality Assurance
  • Production
• Ensure SAP system reliability, stability, and data integrity
• Maintain a highly available environment with:
• 99.99% system availability
• Sub-second average response times
• Monitor system health and perform proactive system analysis and tuning
• Perform SAP application and database performance optimization
• Manage and execute SAP transport requests across all environments
• Implement and maintain:
• SAP Notes from SAP Service Marketplace
• Support Packs and Enhancement Packs
• Communicate, plan, and implement SAP upgrades and patches
• Collaborate closely with business users, testers, and application delivery teams
• Assist in issue resolution and identify opportunities for system and process improvements
• Evaluate technical and architectural solutions to meet business requirements
• Prioritize and manage workload to support both business operations and project initiatives
• Assist SAP developers with technical questions and development challenges
• Provide user support via ticketing systems
• Configure, support, and troubleshoot SAP components including:
  • SLT-R
  • Fiori
  • OData
  • Vertex SIC
  • ALE/IDOC
  • ADS
  • Java Stack
• Manage SAP printer configuration and ongoing maintenance
• Perform additional related duties as required

Minimum Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen
• Proven experience in hands-on SAP Basis administration
• Strong knowledge of Oracle database administration, including:
  • Backups and restores
  • System refreshes
  • Data dictionary management
• Experience working in Linux operating system environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Understanding of ETL and Data Warehousing best practices and their impact on SAP environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience running SAP in a clustered environment
• TDMS experience
• Experience supporting Disaster Recovery (DR) scenarios
• Bachelor s degree in Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
