Job Details

Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Core HR Consultant with over 12 years of experience, possessing strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle HCM. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Redwood and be proficient in creating reports and leading functional activities across HCM modules. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain BIP, OTBI, and FDI reports within Oracle HCM. Lead client-side activities including: Functional review and verification of HCM modules and project deliverables. Review of functional design, functional testing, configuration validation, integration testing, report validation, and data conversion validation. Perform comprehensive testing across HCM modules to ensure quality and compliance. Required Qualifications Strong techno-functional skills in Oracle HCM Core HR. Experience with Redwood UI and reporting tools (BIP, OTBI, FDI). Proven ability to lead functional reviews and testing activities. Expertise in Oracle Fast Formula and Oracle Cloud HCM Data Loader. Hands-on experience with the following Oracle Cloud HCM modules: Benefits Cloud Compensation Cloud Payroll Interface Global Payroll Global HR Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working directly with clients in a lead consultant role. Familiarity with end-to-end HCM implementations and upgrades. Education: Bachelors Degree
