Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Fabric Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions using Microsoft Fabric. This role requires deep expertise in data platform architecture, analytics services, and integration across Azure, Power BI, and Fabric's unified workloads.

Key Responsibilities:
Architect end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Data Factory, Synapse, Power BI, Data Activator, Real-Time Analytics, etc.).

Design and implement unified data models, lakehouses, and semantic layers for consumption by business units.

Lead data ingestion, transformation, and pipeline orchestration using Data Factory (in Fabric).

Define and enforce data governance, security, and compliance policies across all Fabric components.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate data requirements into scalable architecture patterns.

Design data sharing strategies across OneLake and external sources (Azure Data Lake, SQL, Dataverse, etc.).

Guide teams on best practices in Power BI dataset modeling, incremental refresh, DAX optimization, and semantic modeling.

Optimize performance, cost, and scalability of Fabric-based solutions.

Develop architecture artifacts: solution diagrams, data flow designs, data lineage documents, and POCs.

Collaborate with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines for data and analytics projects.

Stay current with Microsoft Fabric roadmap and provide leadership on adoption planning and platform migration strategies.
