RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to join their team remotely.
Summary:
This person plays a critical role in the Finance Systems team by ensuring the efficient operation, configuration, and optimization of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and integrated platforms, including Epicor ERP, Tipalti, Avalara, and Prophix. This position focuses on driving process improvements, enhancing system functionality, and leveraging automation to streamline workflows. The SBSA will work closely with stakeholders to analyze, design, implement, and support system configurations, integrations, and automated solutions that align with business goals.
Duties Include:
* Train and mentor end-users on system features, automated processes, and workflows
* Provide ongoing support for system-related inquiries and issues
System Configuration and Administration:
* Manage the setup, maintenance, and optimization of ERP systems, including user roles, security groups, and field-level security
* Configure and maintain menu security, user permissions, and workflows to ensure proper access and functionality (e.g., view-only versus post capabilities in journal entries)
* Maintain and integrate Tipalti Payment, Avalara, and Prophix systems to align with financial processes
* Test and validate system configurations to ensure they meet business and security requirements
Process Improvement and Documentation:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, translating them into system configurations, automated solutions, or process changes
* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes, configurations, and customizations
* Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements
REQUIREMENTS:
* 2+ years of experience in ERP system administration or business systems analysis, Tipalti Payment, Avalara, and Prophix
* Career path for this role is to grow into a Senior Level position with the client
* Direct hands-on experience with an ERP system is a must; Epicor is a nice to have
* Proven track record of implementing and optimizing ERP workflows, security groups, and field-level controls
* Experience in designing and deploying process automation solutions using tools like Epicor BPMs, Power Automate, or other automation platforms
* Specialized Training in ERP, Payment, Forecasting, and/or ticketing/workflow management systems
* ERP and Payment related Systems Analysis and Support experience
* Proficiency in automation tools, report development tools, and SQL

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
