Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join the team in Plano, TX. This role will focus on platform maintenance, issue resolution, performance monitoring, and release/change support for a large-scale ServiceNow implementation. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in ServiceNow operations, scripting, and cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve ServiceNow platform-related issues in a timely manner
Investigate recurring issues, perform root cause analysis, and work with development teams to implement long-term fixes
Monitor system performance and maintain overall platform stability
Support ServiceNow change management and release best practices
Maintain foundational data including Users, Configuration Items (CIs), Locations, etc
Document standard operating procedures and create internal knowledge articles
Assist in periodic system audits and compliance checks
Contribute to the design and enforcement of governance and administration standards

Essential Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on technical experience with ServiceNow
7+ years of experience in IT systems or technology administration
Ability to manage and support large ServiceNow implementations
Working knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules and applications
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting including JavaScript and GlideScript
Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills
Experience with foundational data maintenance
Clear understanding of change and release management policies and ITIL practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to write SOPs and knowledge base articles
