Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our client s team, a leading IT solutions company specializing in application management, data management, conversational AI, and program management. The primary focus of this role is to spearhead our client acquisition efforts, driving business growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities within the IT industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and target new client opportunities in alignment with company goals and objectives.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers.

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact and discovery to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and solution architects, to develop tailored solutions and proposals that address client needs and challenges.

  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client requirements, articulate value propositions, and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations.

  • Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and quotas, while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and forecast accuracy.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions and differentiate from competitors.

  • Provide regular reporting and updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts to senior management.

  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales and business development within the IT industry, with a focus on solution sales.

  • Strong expertise in client acquisition strategies, prospecting techniques, and lead generation methods.

  • Experience selling IT solutions/services related to application management, data management, conversational AI, and program management is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive and persistent approach to achieving sales targets and objectives.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
