The Team with GE Appliances is seeking a Salesforce professional with deep expertise in Trade Promotion Management (TPM) andConsumer Goods Cloud (CGC)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting TPM processes within Salesforce while integrating with other Salesforce clouds -Sales, Service, and Marketing.

This role requires bothfunctional and technical proficiency to collaborate with business stakeholders, translate trade and sales processes into Salesforce solutions, and ensure stable and optimized TPM operations across environments (UAT, PROD).

Key Responsibilities

  1. TPM & Consumer Goods Cloud Implementation
  • Design, configure, and manageSalesforce TPM features such as Promotions, Trade Planning, CBP (Customer Business Plans), and KPIs.
  • ImplementConsumer Goods Cloud features including Planning, Account Hierarchies, and Product Assortment management.
  • Maintain and enhance TPM configurations - Promotion Templates, KPI rules, settings, and CG Cloud Processing Services.
  • Troubleshoot TPM data and integration issues (Promotions, Products, Assortments, KPIs).
  1. Salesforce Platform Management
  • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, page layouts, flows, validation rules, approval processes, and Lightning components related to TPM.
  • ManageApex batch jobs, scheduled flows, and LWC components prefixed with CG, GEA, or CGCloud.
  • Support data refresh, migration, and environmental alignment acrossSandbox, UAT, and Production orgs.
  1. Cross-Cloud Collaboration
  • Integrate and align TPM data withSales, Service, and Marketing Cloud features for a 360 customer view.
  • Support sales operations with account planning, trade spend tracking, and campaign performance insights.
  1. Stakeholder & Change Management
  • Partner with business teams to translate promotion strategies into system functionality.
  • Work closely with CAB and release teams to validate standard and TPM-exception change requests.
  • Document SOPs, data models, and change logs for TPM configurations and flows.
  1. Continuous Improvement
  • Identify optimization opportunities in promotion planning, funds utilization, and reporting dashboards.
  • Maintain KPI accuracy by validating data flows from Consumer Goods Cloud Processing Services.
  • Keep the system compliant with Salesforce release updates and CG Cloud best practices.

Process Knowledge

  • Understanding oftrade promotion lifecycle - planning, approval, funding, execution, and settlement.
  • Experience inCPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or Retail industry processes is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity withSalesforce deployment processes, Change Sets, andRelease Management.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Business, IT, and Salesforce Admin teams.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and delivering solutions.

Technical & Functional Expertise

  • 4 8 years of Salesforce experience, including at least2+ years in Consumer Goods Cloud or TPM.
  • Strong understanding of TPM components:Promotions, Tactics, CBP, Claims, KPIs, Trade Planning, Product Hierarchies.
  • Hands-on experience withSalesforce Flows, Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Good knowledge ofSales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud integrations.

Certifications (Preferred)

  • Salesforce Certified Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator / Advanced Administrator
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant

Bachelor's Degree, 10+ years of experience
