This role involves supporting hardware, software, and network issues, maintaining office and facilities technology, setting up equipment, and training staff on our core processing system. Responsibilities:
- Support daily IT operations and projects alongside the Director of IT
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Maintain office and facilities technology and equipment
- Configure employee devices, accounts, and system access
- Train staff on core systems and business applications
- Document IT procedures and create user guides
- Ensure system security, updates, and policy compliance
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years in IT support or related roles
- Proficient with computer hardware, OS, and network troubleshooting
- Experience delivering employee training and creating technical documentation
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with financial services or core processing systems a plus
- Knowledge of facilities-related IT equipment management
