Technical Lead (Java+React)
Plano, TX (F2F Must at Final Round)
Contract long term

Key Responsibilities
  • Define solution architecture, coding standards, and DevOps strategy.
  • Lead design and code reviews; mentor engineers.
  • Evaluate and introduce new tooling, frameworks, and design patterns.
  • Build responsive, accessible UIs in ReactJS (Hooks, Context, TypeScript, Redux).
  • Develop scalable APIs and eventdriven services in Java17 / SpringBoot3.
  • Implement authentication, rolebased access, and ratelimit
  • Own sprint planning, standups, retros, and release demos.
  • Work closely with Product, UX, and QA to refine requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Track work in Jira; ensure stories meet Definition of Done and Definition of Ready.
  • Champion test automation (JUnit, Jest, Cypress) and observability (OpenTelemetry, Grafana).
  • Conduct profiling, tuning, and loadtesting to maintain sub200ms latency.
  • Enforce secure coding practices and run regular vulnerability scans.
  • Liaise with Treasury/Payments SMEs to model business flows.
  • Present architecture and progress to senior leadership and external partners.
  • Coordinate with DevSecOps to maintain CI/CD, bluegreen deployments, and rollback plans.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education:Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience:8+years in software engineering; 3+years in a technicallead or teamlead role.
  • FrontEnd:Expertise in ReactJS, HTML5, CSSinJS, responsive design, browser dev tools.
  • BackEnd:Strong Java (11+), SpringBoot, Spring Security, REST, and microservices patterns.
  • Cloud & DevOps:Handson with AWS, Git, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab), and IaC.
  • Collaboration:Excellent communication skills, proven mentorship, and agile mindset.
