We're looking for a Machine Learning Product Developer to:
Develop, deploy, and maintain practical solutions for commercial client products.
Productionize machine learning solutions in combination with knowledge of UBS products, processes, systems, people, and corresponding data flows.
Interact with clients and technology stakeholders.
Prioritize opportunities with operational headwinds. Validate model outputs.
Support execution together with business.

Your expertise
Education & Experience Requirement
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in life sciences, or a related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience as a Product Developer, Master Thesis Intern, Engineering Intern, or a related occupation.
Alternate Education & Experience Requirement (if applicable)
The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in life sciences, or a related field of study and 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years of experience as a Product Developer, Master Thesis Intern, Engineering Intern, or a related occupation in lieu of Master's degree and 3 years of experience.
Position requires experience with the following:
financial markets and banking products, including their applications and industry practices; advanced model development and machine learning, with a focus on building scalable, high-performance models and algorithms using Python; advanced programming in Python;
design of web applications using Django;
software engineering practices, including system architecture, scalable code design, and performance optimization; programming in production environments, including CI/CD pipelines;
Postgresql; Pyspark and Databricks; configuration of UNIX servers using RHEL7. Can work remotely.
