1. Introduction: The Platform Automation Leader will play a pivotal role in ensuring the user adoption and effectiveness of automation activities on the ServiceNow platform.

• Comprehensive automation strategy document.
• Quarterly progress reports on automation initiatives.
• Implementation of automation projects on platform.
• Regular stakeholder presentations on automation impacts and improvements.

• Formulate and implement automation strategies.
• Assess and optimize existing processes for automation.
• Evaluate and deploy automation tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and other departments.
• Establish metrics for user adoption and effectiveness.

• Proven experience in platform automation and strategic planning.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow's Automation Engine software.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow's Now Assist software.
• Expertise in automation tools and technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
