We are seeking a Learning and Development Training Manager for a key client of ours to partner with key stakeholders within the corporate training, digital learning, eLearning, and development teams. In this role you will design and develop training content (live and virtual) for instructor-led learning on an LMS system. This position is 100% remote however there might be occasional travel needed to the partner's home offices in Florida.



Key responsibilities:Design and develop training content (live and virtual) for instructor-led learning.Present solution recommendations or options based on learning and development needs.Participate in live design, project management, and stakeholder management efforts.Review, coordinate, and communicate product and system releases to end users and support teams so that impacts and actions can be delivered.

Minimum 5 years experience in a similar type roleLearning Management Systems (LMS) implementation and/or maintenance.Design experience in an corporate L&D environment for both virtual and live instructionAdvise and deliver live and virtual instructor-led training sessions via an LMS system. Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in a related fieldLeveraging all relevant technology tools, to include Microsoft applications, to manage day to day responsibilities and effectively communicate and collaborate across teamsCornerstone On Demand or other Learning Management System experience is a plusLeveraging analytics and project management skills to manage multiple projects and align resources to ensure priorities are metHave worked with an onshore/offshore modelExperience with product release management and product ownershipProven track record with Project Management or Project Coordination - specifically in a corporate learning settingStrong presence and communication skillsSelf sufficient with strong initiative and willingness to learnStrong data analytical skillsExperience in a professional services firm or equivalent Listed salary ranges may vary based on experience, qualifications, and local market.
