Job title: Mac Engineer
Location: Reston, VA (3 days a week onsite)
Job description:
Medium level of knowledge and experience with Apple MacOS Support and Troubleshooting
Monitor system performance, compliance and logging/monitoring
Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure endpoint protection and policy enforcement
Broad understanding of MacOS Management tools
Experience supporting, using technology VMWare Airwatch; Workspace ONE
Strong knowledge using BASH, Python scripting
Experience with Apple Business Manager and zero touch (DEP) enrollments
Provide support for all Mac equipment Apple laptops, workstations
Ability to analyze and perform repairs to Mac system and operating issues
Strong troubleshooting methodology skills
Must be able to document incidents and problem resolutions carefully and accurately
Experience with change management concepts, tools and implementations preferred
Excellent documentation, writing skills
Experience with ServiceNow desired
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Strong knowledge of ITIL Foundation. Understanding of service lifecycle, service strategy, and continual service improvement
