We are seeking a talented ETL Developer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead and innovate in the field of data processing while collaborating with a dedicated group of professionals.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to support data integration and transformation.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code using ETL tools and SQL.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in ETL development.
- Implement monitoring solutions to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document technical specifications and maintain relevant project documentation.
Skills
- 8-10 years of experience in ETL development, preferably in enterprise environments.
- Expert-level SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and troubleshoot issues.
- Strong hands-on experience with ETL tools, particularly Informatica.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps and GIT.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP’s Agent Performance Management (APM) application.
- Knowledge of Agile software development practices.
- Background in financial systems and commission payout processes.
