About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Luminance App Configuration Engineer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring the Luminance platform and possess a strong technical background to ensure seamless integration and optimization of the application for business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and customize the Luminance application to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical and functional specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues promptly.
  • Ensure system performance, security, and compliance standards are met.
  • Provide technical support and documentation for configurations and workflows.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and optimize usage.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience with Luminance configuration (mandatory).
  • Strong technical background in software engineering, IT systems, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with data integration, APIs, and system architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in legal tech or AI-driven platforms.
  • Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.
