Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to financial planning and analysis while supporting key business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including P&L and balance sheet metrics, ensuring data integrity and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Develop and maintain effective financial planning processes, coordinating key dates and deliverables.
  • Create flexible tools and templates to streamline corporate schedules and enhance reporting efficiency.
  • Support the Sales & Operations Planning process by managing monthly financial performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Complete month-end close activities, including revenue tie-outs and expense summaries.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and drive cross-business analytic projects.

Skills

  • 7+ years of finance experience with a strong background in accounting or financial analysis.
  • Proficient in Excel with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to present data and analysis effectively to support decision-making processes.
  • Strong initiative and a methodical approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with financial modeling and data mining.
  • Familiarity with GAAP and corporate finance practices.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
