The Enterprise Assurance Strategic Capabilities Unit delivers critical assurance disciplines that protect and enable people, data and missions. We provide a comprehensive approach to managing risk across the enterprise for current and future information environments where the business and missions execute. What You'll Do:
  • Develop strategic direction for Aerospace Security and lead employees and the company into innovative and new directions to accomplish the organization's goals.
  • Ensure all business is conducted using the highest ethical standards and in compliance with all applicable laws, statues, and regulations as well as company policies and directives.
  • Select, motivate and counsel employees; execute employee education and training; administer salary and budget programs; ensure employee safety; plan, organize, integrate and measure work performed within the department.
  • Establish an overall security program for the protection of "government" acquisitions and assets within the company.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of uniform security policies for the company.
  • Direct the preparation and maintenance of required documentation in accordance with company procedures and government regulations. Ensure proper handling and accountability of required classified materials.
  • Interface with both internal and external Intelligence Community customers to ensure security requirements are understood and properly implemented.
  • Investigate security incidents, violations and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken.
  • Ensure customer compliance requirements are met, maintain 100% readiness for inspections, and assist customers with inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Provide input to proposal efforts to ensure expected security requirements are adequately reflected in new programmatic efforts.
  • Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.
On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site five days each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required.

  • Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree plus 10 years or more related experience.
  • Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master's Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
  • A current, active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
  • Solid leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Extensive programmatic experience working with applicable US Government regulatory guidance concerning SCI security management to include Risk Management Framework and all Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) relevant to contractor program execution.
  • Experience working with federal security regulations and guidelines (e.g., National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
  • Facility Security Officer (FSO) and/or Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) experience.
  • Certification within critical functional areas is a plus; Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC), Industrial Security Professional (ISP), Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Special Program Security Certification (SPSC).

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $129000 - $177750

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
