Job Details
Currently seeking an Administrator Coordinator that has experience with administrative / bookkeeping duties and can work onsite 5 days a week in Clearwater, FL.
This role is 5 days onsite Clearwater, FL
REQUIRED
- High school education or equivalent (GED)
- Two (2) years of clerical or administrative experience.
- Bookkeeping, accounting, or billing and collections experience preferred.
Essential Duties
- Assists in the calculation of past due balances and contacts clients via email to collect.
- Assist in managing and organizing departmental email inboxes.
- Performs data entry, call outs and sends emails to clients. (External calls)
Desired Skills / Duties
- Be organized, give attention to detail, and exercise follow up.
- Effectively plan, organize, and prioritize work assignments to meet deadlines.
- Establish and maintain filing systems, format, proofread, and edit documents.
- Use and compose clear, comprehensive, and accurate verbal and written communication and reports.
- Use Word, Excel, and Outlook with proficiency.
