Join our team as a key player in managing data sources and ensuring data quality, where you will produce essential monthly Cybersecurity Risk Heat Map metrics. In this impactful role, you will provide critical insights that inform Senior Information Technology (IT) leadership and executive stakeholders about the organization's cybersecurity risk posture.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Identify, collect, and manage data sources relevant to cyber risk metrics
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness across all sources
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and data sources to support metric production
  • Implement data validation and cleansing processes to ensure high-quality data
  • Monitor data quality and address any discrepancies or issues promptly
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to improve data collection methods
  • Analyze data to produce monthly Cybersecurity Risk Heat Map metrics
  • Develop visualizations and reports that effectively communicate risk levels and trends
  • Ensure timely delivery of metrics, and publishing pathways to ensure strong version control and accurate reporting
  • Work closely with information security, IT, and risk management teams to understand data needs and requirements
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making
  • Identify opportunities to enhance data processes and metric production
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analysis and cybersecurity

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 5+ years of experience in developing executive-ready dashboards, KPIs and visualizations supported by data analysis within cybersecurity or IT risk management
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI)
  • 3+ years of experience with automation and AI/ML for predictive analytics

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with cybersecurity concepts and risk management frameworks
  • Experience presenting findings to senior leadership, including C-suite executives

Summary pay range for Level 4: $102,850 - $159,850

Summary pay range for Level 5: $119,850 - $187,450
