Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Ariba Systems Analyst for a contract opportunity with one of our largest clients located in West Des Moines, IA!

Job Title: Ariba Systems Analyst
Location: Des Moines, IA or Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months
Pay Rate: $35.50-$38/HR

Job/Role Description:

• Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Analytics.
• Review and analyze basic or tactical Analytics assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
• Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Provide information to client personnel in Analytics.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Communication
• Detail oriented
• Organizational and Business Insight
• Report system defects, complete requirements for enhancements to systems and processes
• Analyze risks in process and document procedures and training requirements to strengthen and improve individual and team performance
• Works independently, is a self-starter, requiring little direction or management oversight
• Collaboration is a key task for this position. This role partners closely with key contact(s), and various roles across SCM including Sourcing, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Enabling Capabilities, and the Business Group to ensure suppliers have been successfully onboarded for transacting in Ariba.
