Job Description:
Join our team as a Billing Coordinator in Los Angeles, CA, in a hybrid contract role.
You'll handle invoicing, collaborate with management, and ensure accurate financial operations.
Utilize general accounting software and collaborate with various departments to support billing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of daily invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with managers to verify job information and ensure billing completion.
Generate and revise invoices, resolving discrepancies as needed.
Assist with onboarding new talent and maintaining accurate records.
Support month-end close processes and prepare financial reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
1-2 years of relevant experience in billing or accounting.
Proficiency in general office software, especially spreadsheets.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience with accounting software and billing processes.
