IT Business Analyst

Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Plano, TX, Chandler, AZ, and Richmond, VA. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key reviewer and quality gate for highly technical, executive-level presentations
• Ensure all materials meet high standards for accuracy, tone, and presentation - often under tight deadlines

Requirements:

• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and tone for executive facing materials
• Advanced PowerPoint skills, including editing and formatting content quickly and maintaining version control across multiple documents
• Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly identify inconsistencies, gaps, or areas for improvement in written content
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced notetaking and transcription skills, with the ability to capture and distill key points from meetings in real time
• Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring consistent follow-through and timely delivery
• Comfort operating in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, with proven ability to deliver polished outputs under time constraints
• Advanced Microsoft Suite skills: PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong command of copyediting, formatting, and refining content for clarity, consistency, and impact
• Ability to quickly assess complex information and enhance the readability of materials

Desired skills:

• Experience, knowledge and understanding of client technology businesses
• Prior experience in: Information Security (InfoSec) Risk, Audit, Policy Compliance, vendor management or Regulatory environments

Pay Range: $38.44-$46.44
