Senior AI/ML Engineer

This is a remote position.

• 100% Remote Position within the United States
  

• We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer with deep experience building enterprise-grade AI systems and deploying LLM-powered applications.
  
• This is a fully remote role requiring hands-on expertise with advanced AI/ML workflows, LLM integration, structured and unstructured data pipelines, and enterprise system integration.
  
• The ideal candidate combines strong engineering skills, an iterative mindset, and the ability to translate ambiguous challenges into scalable, secure, and intelligent systems.
  

Requirements

• AI/ML & LLM Development
  

• Integrate and fine-tune foundation models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, LLaMA, Mixtral)
  
• Develop intelligent systems using agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel)
  
• Implement RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and hallucination mitigation techniques
  
• Optimize open models using methods such as LoRA, PEFT
  

• Data Ingestion & Entity Correlation
  

• Build ingestion pipelines for diverse data types: CSV, PDFs, APIs, EHRs, logs, etc.
  
• Engineer document loaders, chunking, and semantic search via FAISS, Weaviate, PGVector
  
• Perform entity resolution and relationship mapping across structured/unstructured datasets
  

• App & System Integration
  

• Wrap AI models into scalable, modular backend services (FastAPI, Node.js, Python)
  
• Develop APIs and optionally UIs (React) to expose AI functionality
  
• Integrate with enterprise systems like Snowflake, SharePoint, Elastic, and ServiceNow
  

• Security, Compliance & Deployment
  

• Ensure compliance with PHI/PII/HIPAA data handling standards
  
• Implement RBAC, secure APIs, and audit trails
  
• Deploy via Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless platforms
  
• Manage CI/CD and model versioning workflows
  

• Minimum 5 years of experience with proficiency in Languages & Frameworks:
  

• Python, FastAPI, Node.js/TypeScript, React (bonus)
  
• Pandas, Spark, Dask for data wrangling
  

• Hands on experience in Orchestration & MLOps
  

• Airflow, Prefect, Dagster (workflow orchestration)
  
• MLflow, Nvidia Triton, or Ray (optional, for inference & model ops)
  

• Expertise in Infrastructure & Tooling
  

• Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, GitHub Copilot
  
• Vector DBs: Weaviate, PGVector, Pinecone, Chroma
  

• Bonus Capabilities:
  

• UX intuition for building data-discovery tools
  
• Experience with multi-modal AI, agentic bots, or voice interfaces
