Job Title: Sales Systems Business Project Coordinator
Duration: 12 months contract
Location: Summit, NJ 07901

Job Summary
The Sales Systems Business Project Coordinator will perform two key functions:
* Maintain mappings between internal SAP systems and US Sales Systems (OPIS, EDGE, Lynx)
* Participate as a member of the US SAP and Trade Platform project team

This role supports end-to-end data flow between SAP and US Sales systems, ensures proper documentation and testing, and manages communications related to the SAP implementation.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day product and customer mapping across pricing, customer, and item systems
* Maintain mappings in OPIS (pricing/mapping), EDGE (item/customer/territory/user security), and Lynx (user support)
* Monitor daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual responsibilities for US SAP implementation
* Ensure all interfaces are defined, documented, and operational
* Support system testing, issue remediation, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
* Coordinate formal communications to internal users, including task status and overall project updates
* Support sales operations with SAP-related inquiries and system issues
* Collaborate with IT partners to develop interfaces and Excel-based trade solutions
* Interface systems for customer, product, shipment, inventory, and trade-related data
* Drive process efficiencies and lead root cause analysis to resolve project issues
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer development, business analytics, or enterprise projects
* Experience in consumer packaged goods (preferred)
* Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, and matrixed environment
* Effective in influencing decision-makers across levels and functions
* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
* Skilled in data-driven presentations and strategic planning
* Capable of managing competing demands and assessing risks
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, databases, and web applications
