Job Details
We are seeking a resource to support critical MDM activities during the transition period. This role will provide L2/L3 MDM support, assist with Netsuite/MDM-related projects, and help finalize the MDM+ rollout. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, experience in MDM processes, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Job Title: Master Data Manager
Location: USA/Canada
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 and L3 support for MDM (Master Data Management) platforms.
- Support and coordinate user UAT activities for the MDM+ rollout.
- Manage ongoing Netsuite enhancement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve MDM incidents, data quality issues, and integration errors.
- Ensure system stability, track issues, and maintain documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to keep project tasks on schedule.
Required Skills:
- 8-to-9 years experience in MDM L2/L3 support.
- Hands-on knowledge of data workflows, match/merge, and data quality processes.
- Experience with Netsuite and MDM integrations (preferred).
- Good coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
