Job Details

Join a dynamic team as a Designer, where creativity meets strategy in crafting exceptional product designs. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence fashion trends and contribute to innovative collections.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver compelling product designs that align with strategic business goals.
  • Create and adapt design sketches and prototypes, ensuring alignment with feedback and brand vision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of designs into product lines.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of fashion trends and consumer needs.
  • Participate in weekly fittings to ensure design intent is accurately executed.
  • Maintain and update design documentation and systems for cross-functional team use.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a relevant retail design environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in lingerie or intimate apparel design.
  • Knowledge of PLM systems and fashion history.
  • Ability to hand sketch beautifully is a plus.
