Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR and Compensation, specifically for Public Sector clients. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Oracle Fast Formulas and technical implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

This role focuses on technical implementation, customization, integrations, and ongoing support of Oracle HCM Cloud, ensuring compliance with public sector regulations and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud, including data migration, integrations, and deployments

  • Design, develop, and optimize Fast Formulas for:

    • Payroll (earnings, deductions, proration, element skips, retro calculations)

    • Absence Management (accruals, carryover rules, eligibility)

    • Time & Labor (timecard validations, overtime, shift differentials)

  • Configure and maintain Payroll elements, balances, and input values

  • Implement custom payroll and compensation logic using Fast Formulas

  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Fast Formula compilation and execution issues

  • Optimize formula performance and ensure legislative and organizational compliance

  • Support HCM Data Loader (HDL) transformations and integrations

  • Develop and support HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP) reports

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR & Compensation

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Fast Formulas

  • Experience supporting Public Sector clients (mandatory)

  • Strong understanding of Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor modules

  • Experience with HCM Data Loader, integrations, and reporting

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
