Description
We are looking for an experienced ERP Integration Manager to oversee the implementation of D365 Business Central (D365 BC) for a client in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful migration of business operations to the new system. This opportunity involves collaborating with stakeholders, managing vendor relationships, and driving project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the implementation of D365 Business Central (D365 BC) from the client side, ensuring smooth transitions and timely completion.
Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the implementation vendor to align project goals and resolve challenges.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and milestones, ensuring strict adherence to established objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to address technical aspects of the migration and ensure system readiness.
Facilitate change management strategies to support organizational adaptation to the new ERP system.
Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and risks.
Identify and mitigate potential implementation risks to ensure project success.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align business processes with system capabilities.
Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirement documents and project plans.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the implementation process.
Requirements
Proven experience managing D365 Business Central (D365 BC) implementations.
Strong expertise in formal project management methodologies and tools.
Familiarity with change management strategies and their application in ERP transitions.
Solid understanding of business processes and requirements documentation.
Proficiency in cloud technologies, CRM systems, and business intelligence tools.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.
