Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician with a strong customer service mindset and hands-on technical proficiency. This role supports users both remotely and in person, requiring excellent interpersonal skills alongside technical expertise. Candidates must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment, work in physically demanding positions, and hold a valid driver's license.
Applicants should bring at least 1-2 years of experience in desktop support, including system installation, troubleshooting, and repair within a Windows environment. Familiarity with basic network troubleshooting is also expected.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
