Job Description:
Pay Range: $90.08hr - $95.08hr
- The Product Manager will lead the strategy, development, and execution of a customer-facing product designed to drive unified customer electrification experiences.
- This role requires a deep understanding of customer journeys, digital-to-physical experiences, and data-driven design.
- The successful candidate will collaborate across internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration, scalability, and adoption of the Amplify product vision.
- Develop product requirements and user experience for the full customer-facing product with a customer-first approach, ensuring webpage functionality, data architecture, and design principles are comprehensive and scalable.
- Drive alignment and build partnerships across internal teams to support the unified customer electrification vision and roadmap.
- Translate strategic objectives into tangible product deliverables and positioning.
- Manage and execute customer-facing pilots and demonstrations, including defining go-to-market strategy and scaling plans.
- Collaborate with the Amplify Technology Lead on prototyping, development, and production engineering.
- Determine build vs. partner strategies for Amplify components.
- Build partnerships with automotive OEMs and other relevant external stakeholders.
- Map the customer data journey, ensuring data collection and flow comply with organizational privacy policies.
- Orchestrate multiple customer touchpoints (AI chat, home assessment, contractor dispatch, etc.) for seamless digital-to-physical experiences.
- Lead monthly operating reviews with key internal stakeholders.
- Conduct additional customer research to support ongoing product development.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2C environments.
- Proven success in launching, commercializing, and scaling service-oriented consumer products.
- Strong expertise in service design and user experience (UX).
- Deep understanding of customer behavior and motivations with the ability to apply insights to product design.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfort with uncertainty and rapid iteration in dynamic environments.
- Creative and results-oriented self-starter.
- Experience managing both digital and analog workflows.
- Ability to provide transportation to and from on-site meetings.
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Master s degree in Business Administration.
- Experience working in regulated environments.
- Background in customer data architecture and digital platforms.
- Experience leading pilots and managing customer-facing operations.
- Proven ability to build and manage external partnerships.
- Familiarity with B2C product and marketing dynamics.
- Passion for climate tech, clean energy, or electrification.
- Understanding of EV adoption, home electrification, or energy programs.
