Job Title: Infor HCM Consultant
Responsibilities:
Configure, implement, and support Infor HCM modules HR, Payroll, and Benefits.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Ensure compliance with US HR, Payroll, and Benefits regulations and processes.
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and provide post-implementation support.
Collaborate with client teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
Prepare functional documentation and conduct user training sessions as required.
Required Skills:
5 8 years of hands-on experience with Infor HCM.
Strong understanding of US HR, Payroll, and Benefits processes.
Experience with Infor Global HR, Talent Management, and Payroll modules.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote (off-site) environment with US-based clients.
Infor HCM certification preferred.
