Description
We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team in Collierville, Tennessee. In this role, you will manage and optimize advanced IT systems, including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cloud technologies, ensuring their seamless operation and security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system migrations, administration, and enterprise-level support.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot mail flow issues within Microsoft 365, ensuring smooth email communication.
Administer and manage Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Intune for optimal performance and user support.
Oversee Entra ID deployment and management, ensuring secure identity access.
Execute Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations as well as on-premises Exchange to tenant migrations.
Utilize Proofpoint Mail Gateway to identify and resolve mail flow challenges effectively.
Perform Active Directory migrations and maintain its efficient operation.
Collaborate on identity and access management tasks, with preference for CyberArk expertise.
Leverage enterprise-level experience to support and enhance complex IT environments.
Work with cloud technologies, including AWS and Microsoft Azure, to ensure robust system performance.
Implement automation strategies to streamline processes and improve system efficiency.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems engineering or a related field.
Strong expertise in 365 administration, including certifications like 102.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, with certifications like AZ-900 preferred.
Proficiency in Active Directory management and migration.
Hands-on experience with Proofpoint Mail Gateway for mail flow troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Cisco, Citrix, and Dell EMC technologies.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent industry experience.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in enterprise-level IT environments.
