Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Business Analyst / Quality Assurance professional to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation while ensuring the highest standards of quality across our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the requirements gathering process, working closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications and user stories, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and product managers to ensure accurate and comprehensive understanding of requirements.
• Facilitate requirement prioritization and acceptance criteria definition sessions with stakeholders and team members.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing coverage.
• Lead and coordinate the QA testing process, including test execution, defect tracking, and resolution.
• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to validate system functionality and performance against business requirements.
• Implement and maintain QA best practices, processes, and standards to ensure consistent quality across projects.
• Mentor and coach junior BA/QA team members, providing guidance and support in requirements analysis and testing methodologies.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables within scope and budget constraints.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business analysis and quality assurance roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Extensive experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for coaching and developing team members.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
