Role: Full Stack Developer
Location: Mesa, AZ (Onsite)
Duration: 12 months contract
Only W2
Job Description:
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of full stack development experience
- Strong backend development in Java (Springboot/microservices)
- Proficient in React for frontend development
- AWS Lambda functions development in Node.js
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
- RESTful API design and implementation
- Database integration: SQL and NoSQL
- Familiarity with microservices architecture
- CI/CD pipelines, automated testing experience
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain frontend components using React and Node.js
- Build and support backend services using Java, Node.js, or .NET
- Develop serverless applications using AWS Lambda and associated tools (API Gateway, S3, EC2, etc.)
- Integrate with relational and non-relational databases
- Apply security best practices (e.g., OAuth, JWT, encryption)
- Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams on new features and enhancements
- Debug and optimize backend systems for performance and reliability
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong troubleshooting mindset
- Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies
- Team player in a cross-functional, agile setting.
