Detailed Job Description

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for FICO DM within the organization.
• Lead a team of developers, analysts, and business users in the implementation and enhancement of decision management solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Technical Expertise Design, develop, and maintain FICO Decision Management models and systems.
• Ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of decision management solutions.
• Continuously monitor and optimize model performance and decision strategies.
• Project Management Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for FICO DM implementations.
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaboration and Communication Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, operations, and marketing.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices and emerging trends in decision management.
• Compliance and Risk Management Ensure all decision management systems comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Implement robust risk management frameworks to minimize operational risks associated with decisioning.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure system integrity and data accuracy.
