Position Overview Physical Design Engineer:
We are seeking a hands-on Physical Design Engineer with a strong background in pre-silicon design. This is a high-visibility role, ideal for someone with broad experience across block-level implementation, validation, CAD, and hands-on physical design tasks. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as is a proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.

Key Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in physical design (10 years is ideal)
  • Broad exposure across block-level implementation, validation, CAD, and pre-silicon flows
  • Strong hands-on skills not just a manager, but someone eager to stay deeply technical
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in custom ASIC / SoC development
  • Comfortable working in small-company or startup-style environments
