Job Title: Oracle EBS HR Payroll Functional Consultant (Client need EBS resource)

Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Oracle EBS HR Payroll Functional Consultant to design, implement, and support HR and Payroll processes using Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of Oracle HRMS and Payroll modules, with experience in implementing and supporting global payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement Oracle HRMS and Payroll solutions to meet business requirements
- Analyze business requirements and develop functional specifications for HR and Payroll processes
- Configure and test Oracle HRMS and Payroll modules, including Payroll Calculation, Element Design, and Formula Development
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for HR and Payroll processes
- Provide training and support to end-users, including HR and Payroll teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve HR and Payroll issues, including payroll calculation errors and data inconsistencies
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other Oracle modules
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS and Payroll modules
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HRMS and Payroll modules, including Payroll Calculation, Element Design, and Formula Development
- Experience in implementing and supporting global payroll processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
