Job Title: Salesforce Development Lead
Location: Plymouth, MN (Onsite)

Role Overview
Seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Development Lead with hands-on Health Cloud and strong Apex/LWC development experience. The role requires driving technical solutions, integrations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Required Experience
- 3+ years working on Salesforce Health Cloud
- Strong expertise with Person Accounts & Care Plans

- Advanced Salesforce Apex & LWC development skills
- Deep experience building RESTful integrations
- Strong Salesforce Flow development - complex use cases
- Excellent communication - able to explain complex Salesforce concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Solid experience working in Agile/Scrum (SAFe familiarity preferred)
- Ability to work independently and handle basic requirements & testing activities including documentation
- Experience with Experience Cloud
- Exposure to 3rd-party middleware (e.g., MuleSoft)
Certifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required)
