Job Title: LMS Administrator / LMS Specialist

Job Summary:
The LMS Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring effective delivery of online training content, maintaining user data, tracking course completion, and supporting internal stakeholders with LMS-related needs. This role is central to the organization s learning and development strategy, providing technical and administrative support for e-learning platforms and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and configure the LMS platform, including user setup, course assignments, and data maintenance.
Upload, test, and manage e-learning content (SCORM, xAPI, videos, quizzes).
Troubleshoot technical issues related to the LMS and serve as the primary point of contact for LMS support.
Create and schedule reports to track user progress, compliance training, and completion metrics.
Collaborate with HR, training teams, and department leaders to support training program deployment.
Provide end-user training and documentation to support LMS adoption.
Maintain data integrity and ensure system security and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
Monitor system performance and coordinate with vendors for updates, patches, or escalated issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Education, HR, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience administering a Learning Management System.
Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Workday Learning, Moodle).
Understanding of e-learning standards (e.g., SCORM, AICC, xAPI).
Strong analytical skills and experience with LMS reporting tools.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
